RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Recruitment process in our company is based on the principle of "equal opportunities" and is carried out according to position-based criteria. The primary purpose in recruitment process is to select the right candidate to the right job and to hire candidates with competencies and qualifications required by the position in line with the value, vision and strategies of our company. 

Our process involves application examination, interview and evaluation process, inventory according to position and exam and job proposal after reference control for eligible (positive) candidates.
